Jamie
Owner/Groomer
Jamie began her pet industry journey over 25 years ago as a veterinary assistant. She has since had many positions over the years working with animals. In addition to grooming, she was also working as a veterinary technician for Derby City Mobile Vet. This is where she fell in love with the mobile business model and saw first hand how it benefits everyone involved, especially the pets. She has worked as an all breed groomer for the past decade in addition to the veterinary industry.
Jamie is also a Reiki Master and has not only done countless Reiki sessions with pets, but has trained other Reiki practitioners to use this healing modality with animals. Reiki sessions can help alleviate anxiety in your pet as well as help the body heal from medical procedures, injuries and illnesses in addition to your regular veterinary care.
Jamie has also completed the Fear Free Groomer Certification course so you can rest assured that your precious furry family member is being treated gently and with as little stress as possible.
Sarah
Receptionist
Sarah is likely the first friendly face you see when you walk in the lobby. As our receptionist she greets you with a special brand of cheer and kindness (to dogs and their people!). She is the liaison that makes sure your groomer knows what you are looking for in a groom and communicates any extra information that your groomer needs to know.
Brenna
Groomer
Brenna has joined us as our primary mobile groomer (she sometimes makes an appearance in the shop as well, tho!) She comes with over a decade of grooming experience. In her extra time, she does agility trials with her own three dogs.
Lindsey
Groomer
Lindsey started out as a bather in 2009 and worked her way up to full time grooming by 2017. She has attended several classes and grooming expos to hone her skills. She is especially partial to Doodles and even has one of her own. She loves this profession because she likes dogs more than people. But, who doesn’t, right? We don’t deserve dogs.
Melissa
Groomer
Melissa has been an animal lover her whole life and knew she wanted to work in the pet industry at a very young age. Her favorite part about the pet grooming industry is getting to build relationships with all her clients, dogs and humans alike As well as making the pets feel confident! If she’s not grooming, you will find her lounging at home with her own fur babies and her husband, Jimmy!
Destiny
Groomer
Destiny enjoys nothing more than compassionate grooming for senior dogs and pups who may feel a little nervous. Her goal is to create a calm environment where every dog feels safe and loved throughout their grooming experience.
Shyann
Bather/Grooming Assistant
Meet Shyann. She has been in the grooming industry for 3 years now. She is working toward her goal of becoming a groomer, but in the meantime is doing a fabulous job of getting your doggos as clean as possible before their haircut. She loves spending time with dogs and getting to know each one individually so she can accommodate to keep your precious furbaby as happy as possible during the bathing process.
Hallie
Bather/Grooming Assistant
Hallie is a college student and spends the days she’s not in classes here at the shop. Her goal is to clean up your pup to the best standards while also keeping your dog as comfy as possible.
